Henry Delouvrier, Managing Partner

Henry is  Managing Partner and Co-founder of Broadway Restaurant Group. Prior to BRG, he worked at Zocdoc, a high growth NYC consumer tech company. At Zocdoc he worked across finance, strategy and product development and helped grow the company from 150 people to 700+. Previous to that he started his career in investment banking at Lazard Freres (M&A) and Credit Suisse (Private Placements). He has a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Christine Apold, Managing Partner

Christine is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Broadway Restaurant Group. Prior to BRG, she worked with Henry at Zocdoc, a high growth NYC consumer tech company. At Zocdoc she had a number of Sales & Operations leadership roles including scaling the sales team to 400+. Previous to that, she worked at Boston Consulting Group focused on consumer goods and retail in Canada, the UK and Australia. Over the last six years, she has founded two successful tech companies and leads her family office's private investing activities through Westhaver Partners. She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. 


STEFANIE TERRY, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Stefanie is Vice President of Operations of Broadway Restaurant Group. Stefanie began her Burger King career with Liberty Restaurant Group in 2012 as a District Manager.  In 2018, Liberty was acquired by Broadway Restaurant Group, and shortly after, Stefanie was promoted to Director of Operations.  She has been a mainstay with BRG ever since, working her way up to Senior Director, and her current position as VP.  Prior to BRG, Stefanie worked for 19 years with another QSR concept, in which she started when she was 16 as a crew member, and worked her way up to District Manager before switching to the BK Brand.  Overall, Stefanie has more than 30 years of experience in the QSR industry. She provides extensive knowledge of the company’s customer base and deep understanding of the needs of the BK customers. Stefanie resides in the Metro St. Louis area with her husband and three kids.


melissa haman, VICE PRESIDENT finance & operations support

Melissa is Senior Director of Finance and Operations Support.  She leads the Financial, Human Resource and IT teams who support Broadway’s operational goals. Melissa has spent over 25 years in the restaurant industry. Before coming to BRG in 2018, she was Senior Controller for a local restaurant chain.  Pairing her education and passion for the industry, she has excelled in restaurant finance and back office support with a track record of developing company culture, improving systems and streamlining processes to deliver positive financial results. She resides in St Louis with her husband and two children.
