Henry Delouvrier, Managing Partner
Henry is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Broadway Restaurant Group. Prior to BRG, he worked at Zocdoc, a high growth NYC consumer tech company. At Zocdoc he worked across finance, strategy and product development and helped grow the company from 150 people to 700+. Previous to that he started his career in investment banking at Lazard Freres (M&A) and Credit Suisse (Private Placements). He has a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Christine Apold, Managing Partner
Christine is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Broadway Restaurant Group. Prior to BRG, she worked with Henry at Zocdoc, a high growth NYC consumer tech company. At Zocdoc she had a number of Sales & Operations leadership roles including scaling the scales team to 400+. Previous to that, she worked at Boston Consulting Group focused on consumer goods and retail in Canada, the UK and Australia. Over the last six years, she has founded two successful tech companies and leads her family office's private investing activities through Westhaver Partners. She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
michael adams, vice president of operations
Michael is the Vice President of Operations at Broadway Restaurant Group, responsible for all restaurant operations. Previous to BRG, Michael has held a number of restaurant executive roles at various chains including Operations Manager for Crazy Bowls & Wraps, Regional Manager for CraftWorks Restaurant & Breweries as well as Director of Operations for another BK franchisee. Michael is deeply committed to building a world class restaurant management team in line with BRG’s core values. In addition to work, he’s devoted to his family, an avid St Louis sports fan and a Gulf War veteran.
Shawn Hiller, CFO
Shawn received a BSBA degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University. He is a CPA, formerly working in public accounting with the firm of Touche Ross and as an internal auditor with Borden International. Mr. Hiller began his career with Cedar Enterprises (a Wendy's franchisee) in June 1989, during a pivotal period of the Company’s growth that included the acquisition of the San Antonio market. He played an instrumental role in the continued growth of Cedar, serving in various accounting, administrative and leadership roles. Mr. Hiller served as a member of Wendy’s Company CFO forum, addressing pertinent business issues in Wendy’s restaurants and financing. He joined Broadway Restaurant Group in the summer of 2017. He is also a member of the AICPA, The Ohio Society of CPA’s and served on Boards for Hilliard YMCA, and the Hilliard City Schools.
